Of the reviews Ive seen, its Good. But I never owned one so you can't really trust me.

Be warned, that PSU has alot of problems with DFI nF4 motherboards. If you pair it with a DFI LP Ultra-D you have about a 50% change that it wont work.

There's a thread over at DFIstreet forums in which MANY Ultra-D and SLI-DR users complain that the Seasonic S-12 doesn't work with their systems. It is a commen problem. I'd link you to the thread but I'm too lazy.
