So, 12mm fans suck a LOT of air. And I was am/was going to get one. But I had an idea. :amazed: Since I'm throwing this PSU away, because it sucks and it just came with the case, what if I disected it, and took the 120mm fan out of it, then used that!?!? From looking through the grill, it looks just like a normal fan, so it might work, but I'd probably have to do some splicing. Well maybe not, you never know.

Any ideas, reccomendations, anyone done this before??

taking apart a psu is very dangerous since it has high amounts of electricity and could shock you. but if you know what your doing go ahead

You have to clear the power in it by hotwiring it (the green and any black with a paper clip) you will see it go to life for a fraction of a second then when you touch the capacitor it will give you a small shock - probally if it does at all.

Could save you a bit of money.
