Default Logitech G5 Vs. MX 1000

k guys im getting a great price here for an MX 1000, the logitech g5 costs $55 (canadian) and the mx 1000 $64 (canadian), now i think this is an amazing deal comparend to the regular $95 price.

If you're going that high in the "mouse hierarchy" or whatever, might as well go the extra 2 inches (or 5 centimeters) and get the tip-top ultra-ubermensch super-duper polygizmo.

G5 hands down is a better mouse in my opinion (I have tried both).

G5. I have the G7 and I love it, except for the fact that it doesn't have a forward button and middle click is hard to do without side scrolling.

k, so i guess il go with logitech g5, but i would love an mx 1000, its such a good and ergonomic mouse. i've used it before, i really like it, but maybe ill just buy for later use.
