Default List describing AMD processor cores

Can anyone give me a link to a page that lists the processor cores with a brief description?

I'm just trying to do some research on AMD chips!

Yea, that chart is old. Early 2005, look at the last date it was updated.

Accuracy can be disputed, but I DO use it for most things. The first line was 100% accurate though.
