Default Liquid cooling?

Hey whats a good liquid cooling system? I have heard that the thermaltake has lots of leaks. Thanks.
Oh yea and whats a good case to go with it?

they have preconfigured kits that will get you the best bang for your buck.

Sorry to ask questions on your topic but I definitely know nothing about water cooling. On that site, if I wanted to get a water cooling system, would the "Petra's Tech Cool Kit Basic" be the only thing that I needed or would I have to get the kit for the GPU and CPU??

Thanks in advance for any answers to my question.
