Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 G0 Stepping (2.4GHz 1066MHz) Socket 775 L2 8MB Cache (2x4MB (4MB per core pair) Retail Boxed Processor
ASUS P5KC AiLifestyle Series iP35 Socket 775 8 channel audio ATX Motherboard

Maxtor 500GB Hard Drive SATAII 7200rpm *32MB Cache* - OEM

I'm sticking with the current graphics card I've got at the moment which is a 8600GTS. Driving lessons and saving up for a car aswel as a baby on the way takes its toll on the wallet.

How is that looking guys.

I think I have a 500W PSU around here somewhere.

What about a 9800 GTX+;

Memory Bit Rate: 256 Bit

Memory Speed: 2200 MHz
Do it! I am a bit of an nvidia fanboy, but the 9800GTX+ performs slightly better than the 4850. And in SLI it is better than the gtx280 and 9800 gx2

Also what do you mean by dual-slot? It isn't the g2 model not sure what u are saying
