if i got a tower with...i dont think it shows n e repersentaition of little legs
but i saw little blue LED legs for the comp. tower can i jus pop those on or do i need sumthin

no, minimum drainage from comp as in minimum power usage.

but use your head man, do you really think you can just pop them on to your case and the lights will turn on? of corse not, you are going to need to plug them into your psu.

Easy to install but a poopie to manage the extra wires coming out from the leds. Its very easy to install. Just pop in the legs, usually they come with tape to secure it. Plug in the leds from the other side, plug in power, and ure done.
