Leadtek?

I was wondering if anyone knows what heatsink you will recieve when you buy the PX7800GT MyVivo Extrmeme card off of newegg...

Newegg's Leadtek 7800GT

and..

The PX7800GT as shown on leadtek.com

Anyone have any idea as to whats up with this?

DO NOT buy the Leadtek. It is just a normal stock heatsink, at least the one in mine was. The 7800GT is a great GPU, but Leadtek's version is HORRIBLE, it comes factory overclocked, and I as well as some various other people around the net have to downclock it to Nvidia reference (400/1000) for the thing to work. Definately do not get the Leadtek, get eVGA.

Yeah, I learned this the hard way. The next card I get will definately be eVGA. I thought Leadtek was alright, because their 6800GT series was actually pretty good, but their 7800GTs plain suck if you want to do any kind of overclocking.

newegg's heatsink doesnt have the word "extreme"....
and it looks cooler
and the symbol on the fan is upside down...
is this supposed to be a puzzle?

No, buts it is puzzling as to why newegg would put pictures of a card with a different heatsink than its suppose to come with...
