my cousin is building a new gaming system and he wants it also to be a HTPC. he called me up and asked me what should he consider doing, getting a tv tuner or just buying a cheap lcd monitor/tv. personally i have no clue which i would choose, . what would u guys say, he doesnt have mad budget and he would probably spend up to 400$ max on a montior or even monitor/tv for that matter.
so please help my cousin out.
and if you guys can recomend (according to your personal prefrences) tv tuners or lcd monitor/tv, or just lcd monitors, that would be awesome
