Hey, i just biult a new comp... geared for gaming, and was wanderin what would be a good 19-20in LCD to buy??

ok thnx alot...1 other question...btw i no nothing about monitors lol.... my card supports HDTV...does LCD support HDTV...cuz i have a TV card in my comp...was just wandering

That is a great choice. People are very, very happy with it. Be sure your card can handle a 1280x1024 resolution, which means you need at minimum a 7800GT. You will want to add a second 7800GT when Oblivion and UT2007 come out to keep playing at 1280x1024.

It will, part of the reason for the game's delay is they are waiting on the 7900 so a card is out that can play it on high settings.

No they arent waiting for the 7900 to come out, fool, they are optimizing the games A.I. a 6800gs/7800gt will easily play the game on high.

What game do u play??...a 6600gt will not even think of running a game at 1280x1024..on high grfx...i play fear...an a 7800gt struggles on 1280x1024...
