LCD Monitor/laptop

I bought this monitor which has no audio. I wanted to hook this up to my thinkpad R Series laptop. So I hooked it up with VGA Cables. Then I thought, why don't I hook my 360 up to it? So I bought the cables and a switch only to find out that I don't have a Audio in or out. Thats only the start. Before I bought the cords for the 360, I bought a sound System for it. I don't know how to hook it up either. Is there something that I can buy to make it work or no?

I assume your sound system are computer speakers that take 3.5mm stereo jack (standard computer audio). The xbox has 2 rca cables coming out for audio. You want this adapter.For only $0.55 each when QTY 50+ purchased - RCA Audio Splitter Adapter (3.5mm Male to 2 RCA Female) (Stereo) | RCA Adapters
