yeah that should be good. and if you're planning on OCing the ram and processor you should be able to get around 2.8-3.2Ghz in case you were wondering.

Great :D
I have one more question. In my old comp I have Windows xp pro that isn't genuine. In the microsoft site I read that I can buy a new one, they will send me a new key through email and then a new cd in like 1-2 week for $140.
My question is, can I use this cd to install windows xp pro as many times as I like just as if I had bought the retail version that cost like $280? This one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16837116195
but for only $140?
or is it like the oem version?

You can use the disk as much as you'd like.

And I have absolutely NO idea why that pro is 280 bucks. That must be a typo or something.

I don't have any type of windows os. I would need to buy 2000, which I don't think is been sold anymore?
