Here is a build that my friend is going to order tommorrow. His total price limit including shipping is $2100.

intel c2d e6600 - $319

Evga 122-ck-nf68 mobo - $239.99

g.skill ram - $209.99

8800gtx - $589.99

Thermaltake Case - $149.99

Raidmax 630watt PSU - $99.99

WD harddive - $89.99

benq lcd 19inch - $213.99

total: 1912.93
He is spending about 100 dollars on a headset and mouse also.
Total with mouse n headset: 2012.93. (no shipping included yet)

He is using his old cd drives, speakers and will be using onboard sound.

All input and criticism is welcome. The main point is to double check that everything is compatible.

It's a good build with the exception of that i'd much rather have a P5B-Deluxe over a bug ridden 680i Mobo any day. Not to mention they are cheaper. That ram should be good but since they are promos hard to tell how good they will run.

EDIT: I dont like the monitor since its 8ms and not widescreen and still expensive here is a better one for cheaper

Hanns-G are very good monitors and that one is 5ms, widescreen, an awesome montor in general in terms of color, and alot cheaper with the instant sale.
