Default laptop for my mom

I am getting my mom a new laptop. she just wants to look @ porn. JK.

she does internet, email and some word processing.

I am looking at getting one of these two:
Dell Inspiron i3531

or

Acer Aspire

any big differences I am missing? I have had 4 ACERs myself and always liked them. Are Dells typically belt built machines?

thanks

Pretty much the same thing. Im my experience Acer make crap junk but if you've had good luck with them get whatever you feel is best for you.

Wow my migraine was really showing in that post. Sorry for that. Anyways yea, both have the exact same specs and I wouldn't doubt probably use the same board. Dell usually has better build quality with stronger plastics but I'm sure your mom won't be tossing her laptop around or anything.
