Ok. I plan to buy one. I kind of need one.

I will not game on it. For sure.....

I probably will use it for Internet, office and such.....

Okay, this laptop would be fine. $700, there is one with a $50 rebate, but it has half the RAM, and Vista (comes with it) hogs that up badly.

You can buy the RAM from Newegg and get a dual core proc off eBay for it for under $100 and come out at under $1000 with a powerful laptop for little cash.
