Default Lan Room Pc's

Alright i've posted b4 about making a pc and it turned out well thanks to your guys help,Now i need your help again. A cafe in my town is thinking about making a LAN room a place where you will be able rent a computer and play games the guy who owns the place wants to be able to play steam games counter-strike source and other games liek but hes thinking he needs to spend 1000 on each computer and buy the pre-made ones i wanna be able to go to him and say this will get the job done and save you some money.

Budget: under 1000 $
needs monitor keyboard and mouse

needs to run games decently
Intel/Amd it doesn't matter i just want it to be cheap and effective please help me out on this one i trust you guys will come up with some nice ones.

You might wanna looks at this barebone kit to get started with. throw in a gig of ram, and like an 80 gig hard drive and then spend whatevers left on a graphics card.
