pretty good

maybe change the PSU to a Corsair 550vx or Hiper 580w (don't be scared off by the bad reviews)

HD Suggestion: Seagate Barracuda 250gb (because you din't have one up there)

Think that would keep it under $700?

it'd would keep it around the same, but after the MIR's you could squeeze that Hard Drive

Newegg.com - DIAMOND Viper 3870PE4512SB Radeon HD 3870 512MB 256-bit GDDR4 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Video Card - Retail

its a little cheaper than the 8800 GT but same performance from what i've heard.

save 10 bucks and buy this mobo:

Newegg.com - ABIT IP35-E LGA 775 Intel P35 ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail

it has a $30 MIR too.

HD:
Newegg.com - Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 ST3250310AS 250GB 7200 RPM 8MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive - OEM

you could shave off another 20 if you went with an E6550

so thats another 35 you gotta shave off - I would go with the hiper PS like listed above
