Question just got new stuff... reformat now or later?

ok, just got everything in the mail. Do i reformat my harddrive and install windows with my current setup? or do i install all of my new stuff (and i mean everything new, complete new system except psu, vid card, and case) make sure it boots up, then do a reformat? idk what to do! lol

Reformat it now, because the PSU, Case and Video Card won't change your current configuration, well just your video Card but its an easy uninstall
