Just a question for all of ya... Would this have been cheaper to just buy all of the stuff at computer fairs? I mean granted I don't know what's available and where he lives but for myself. I'm looking to build and I really like this set up that this guy bought. Everyone tells me the cogan fairs is the place to buy... Is this accurate?

It depends on where you live and what options are available to you. I googled that place, I know nothing about it, but it's in the states. So, assuming you're in the states, newegg.com is the most popular around these parts. We have a thread on here that lists multiple online stores for various countries.

No, hes in Norway, or close... i'm too lazy to look the other page.

The price was decent. But to get the price he had to pay the shipping and obviously the tax.

holy crap that makes me glad we don't pay that much in the states... seems like a good build, given how your pricing must be.. Never hurts to take some time to familiarize yourself with it.. just in case you decide to update or something breaks.. you want to be comfortable with it so you can't do it yourself..
