Default Just bought a gtx 260..which cooler should i get

Im willing to spend like $60 or something but companies havent really come out with 260 specific coolers. Maybe they have and im a noob.

I was thinking the zalman VF1000 - like 55 shipped

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835118037

Or the Accelero S2 w/ fans for cheaper

I've heard thermaltake has good junk but they dont have much to choose from on newegg.

Thanks

the gtx 260 needs a special cooler, so u cant use that, id stick with the stock its a very very good stock cooler aparently, if you need to lap the cooler.

I had a 9800GTX before my GTX 260. This 260 is way cooler than my 9800GTX. I idle about 45*C and rarely get about 50-55*C.

My 9800GTX idled around 61*C.

I'd wait for the next batch of cards to come out, I'm not really too impressed with the 260,280GTX's

Cool. Yeah my gtx+ ran around 60 Idle, i dont know what it got to under load. Tweaked with the fan once, got to around 45 idle with fan at 100%.

I didn't do a benchmark with the 9800gtx+ while i had it which was like 2 days lol, but I'll be glad to do a benchmark when i get the 260.

Thats good news that I dont have to buy a gpu cooler cuz those are kinda expensive.

I'm only running a 4200+ x2 2.2ghz with 4gb of 533mhz ram (32 bit os :/ ), but my hd is sata but i dont know if its 3.0. The vid card will be fun in crysis though, im really lookin forward to it.

Thanks, you guys saved me like $60 bucks lol

Yeah ill get that bench up though, and pics
