Just about ready to take the plunge on a new system, help?

I've been trying to spec up a new gaming system for myself at around the $1200 price mark, (less is better). This is what my current plan is:

• Saphire Radeon 6870
• Intel Core i7 950
• Corsair XMS3 6gb tri-channel 1600mhz memory
• Corsair 750tx PSU
• ASUS Sabertooth x58 motherboard
• Western Digital Caviar Black 640gb SATA III HDD
• Antec 300
• Coolermaster Hyper 212 plus CPU cooler

Total with the cables and thermal paste I need to buy (but aren't really important enough to list) is $1,111.91, so I've got a little bit of wiggle room in the budget.
My goal was to make sure I had headroom in this to add another 6870 in crossfire if needed in the future. Does anyone see any problems with this setup or have suggestions? I am probably going to order the parts within aproximately the next week. Any feedback is greatly appreciated
