Default Ivy Bridge

Hi. I recently built a an i7-2600k based rig (Socket 1155, P67 chipset). I have read on various sites that when Ivy Bridge comes out it will be compatible with socket 1155, can anyone confirm this, or give me your speculation? Thanks!
