anyone know where i can cut any costs?
i am like $200 over budget...

i'd go with a different CPU cooler.

my Tuniq is alright. but the fan is louder than all my case fans. my case is dead silent w/o the tuniq running. and when it does run its LOUD.

you could run a p5k or ds3l to cut your board price.

do you really need a 5.1 surround, sound card, and a 22" monitor?

why don't you ditch the sound card... and maybe get a smaller monitor.......

ya.. i found the abit ip35-e a while ago.. then started recommending it heavily after it dropped to 70$ its a bit better than the ds3l

isnt a monitor one of the things you shouldn't cheap out on because you dont upgrade it really
sure i'll ditch the sound card....but thats only $27 :/
spose i could switch to the RC-690...guess i'll do that
