Default Intel vs AMD in gaming laptops.

In terms of gaming laptops, I am planning to get one for HS graduation and before I plunk my money down, I was curious as to which has been an overall better processor choice. AMD or Intel?

Proud owner of the only hampster powered rig on these boards.

lol yea I would figure that by now everyone has noticed in the past 10 months C2D has dominated the benchmarks.

All I can say is.... c2d would be about the only way to go.

Even the older Core Duo performs much better than AMD Turion

Core 2 Duo would completely destroy AMD
