Smile Intel Mobo + Gfx Card

Whats a good Intel Mobo + Gfx Card for less than 250$

my friend is makin his build and this is all he needs... im an AMD guy and cant help much.

he wants to put Hackintosh on it and do hardcore gaming.... what would u guys recommend?

i was thinkin a 5770 as the gfx card and 110$ into the mobo... but idk any other specifics about this build... so just please choose what you like and why... please

does he need a cpu as well? if not what cpu does he already have.

What cpu did he choose, can't suggest a mobo without knowing what socket type.

The 5770 is a good choice, geared towards the mid range category.

okay guys, so apparantly my friend didnt know he had an AMD processor, and was planning to upgrade his current computer.... or repair his water damaged macbook pro...

so until now, he thought he had intel... so hes decided the latter, and is repairing his macbook instead. Thanks for the help guys. appreciate it.
