Installing windows with Win98

I have the full version of windows 98 second edition... and then upgrade versions of ME and XP Prof. Will I have problems installing windows 98 then upgrading to XP.... I'd like to avoid having to buy XP again

I do believe that the upgrade versio of XP is also a full version in itself.

Installing Win98 and then upgrading to Xp is useless. XP is a completely different fish from 98. Your computer will copy the 98 stuff, and then install XP, wasting drive space that you'll have to go back and erase.
