I have just purchased a aerocool touch 2000 and i was wondering where abouts i can install the heat sensors so that it can give me accurate readings of the components heats.

I have a corsair h50-1 and am struggling to understand where i can pick up an accurate reading of the cpu temp and i also have an XFX HD 5850 black edition, once i have understood where these sensors go, where should i install the other two sensors. Other than the CPU and GPU, what else would i need to monitor?

Would it be ram temp?

It's really just up to you on where you put it. I would try to get the cpu sensor as close to the chip without it being on it and the gpu sensor very close to the die aswell. I;m not to familiar with the h50 but if there is any way to place it on the contact plate I would try that. As for the other 2 you could put them on....
Northbridge
Southbridge
Exhaust fans
Intake fans
Ram
GPU ram
Heatsinks
Chipsets

It's whatever you think is best or what you think you should know.

IMHO
I'd go with exhaust and intake fans.
