Input on Asus P5N-D Mobo

What do you guys think of this MB:

Any others you would recommend besides the P5Q, and which do you think is better?

Any Intel chipset motherboard, like the P5Q, would be better. The Biostar TP45hP is a good motherboard that is cheaper and better than the P5N-D.

Quick question... If a mobo supports say ddr2 1200... could and should you get ddr2 800 ram?
