Default information please

hey fellas. i need info on how to make a second 8-series card run physics only.
i cant seem to find anyhting of substance on the subject.
also, wondering if a 8400gs has enough cajones to run it or if i need to consider the 85 or 8600GT instead.
anyone have any useful information about how to make this work?
