Hello my name is Dominykas.And I'm trying to build a PC. There's a few things you need to know and the most important one is that I don't have any experience building or buying a PC. I did try to learn someting about PC's so I tried to make my PC build in PC hardware compatibility news and reviews . I'd like you to check my build and tell me if it's good or not. Please help me improve it and if I missed by far I'd be thankfull if you told me what's wrong. Thank you for your time :) .

Processor: Intel Core i5-4590 3.3GHz
Graphics Card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 970 Gigabyte G1 Gaming 4GB Edition SLI
Memory: 2x Black Diamond 8GB 1333MHz DDR3 RAM
Motherboard: GigaByte GA-H87-HD3
Case: Rosewill R5
Power Supply: Sentey ERP750-SS
Storage: OCZ Technology Vertex 450 512GB

P.S My Budget is from 600-800 EUR
 
First thing's first, the core of your PC is your PSU. You don't want to buy junk and toss expensive parts on it. You will want to buy a Seasonic or Corsair PSU or IF you can find one a Super Flower (since they sell those over there).
Never sacrifice PSU quality for other parts. Ever.

Choice for CPU and GPUs are good, but you for sure don't want to put SLI on that PSU. A solid 750w quality unit will do fine.

On that the motherboard you chose does not support SLI. You will need to get yourself a Z97 board. I would get this.

Next up I don't recommend getting the OCZ SSD. Stick to Samsung or Crucial. An 850EVO would be perfect.

If you need to replenish cash for quality parts then stick to 8GB of 1600MHz RAM. Don't need 16 for a gaming rig.

Three things I would look into changing, the ssd, the ram, the psu for sure.
Also you may as well start out with a aftermarket cooler.

Use it for your primary drive for windows also more cache and rpm speeed better work time for you in the long run.

Even though I don't like corsair psu's personally this would benefit you.
Plus 600watts should be plenty for your system.

For the ram use crucial for your intel system it'll be the sweet spot while gaming.

This would be best for your cpu, especially if you apply arctic mx-4.
If you buy it make sure to view a video tutorial on youtube or read the guides online provided by other users.

So yeah look into these, also your build looks good especially for a 750 intel rig.
Lately I hear other guys online or on the street rambling on about their builds being 900-2000 dollars. :D
 
+1 to PP's suggestions.

The PSU should be the first thing swapped out, same with the OCZ (they didn't have that great of a track record and Crucial or Samsung have better quality for a pretty cheap price still).

Not quite, look at your first build spec and now the second one.
Seing as the GTX970 is abit too much for you, you could do better than the GTX660.

You could get a GTX750ti for under 150 pounds also check with some sellers and see if they will ship it to you.

Also be to read this, even though I don't do ssd's, if I had to buy one right now I would go with sandisk.
