Yeah, I have this same problem too. Someone told me it was the fact that I only have 1gb of RAM, but Im going to try turning up my refresh rate before I go out and buy more ram (which I plan to do anyways).

King$nake I hope you get it fixed, so you can enjoy Nascar Racing 2003 Season.

That is my favorite game, and now 5 years after its release I can finally play it 1600 x 1200 and everything cranked.

Needless to say.....I'm having a blast.

haha, yea I love it to. Ive been doing the sim racing thing since indycar racing 1 from papyrus, lol. Actually I think I fixed it. I basically turned off all of my nVidia Control Panel graphics sliders, except for 8x AA and 16X AF....seemed to have fixed it!
