Where are you from? The US, Canada, Europe, Australia?

I would get a DDR3 motherboard and memory. The Zalman cpu cooler is overpriced, I would look at the Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro.

I'm not really up on AMD systems but I'm sure someone will be around soon to help you with some great advice

How much do you want to spend ? here is a little sample of what you could do better with 450.00
Newegg.com - AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition Deneb 3.4GHz 4 x 512KB L2 Cache 6MB L3 Cache Socket AM3 125W Quad-Core Processor HDZ965FBGMBOX
159.00 free shipping....

Newegg.com - ARCTIC COOLING Freezer 64 Pro 92mm Ceramic CPU Cooler
39.99 free shipping and card reader, mail me the card reader please...

Newegg.com - BIOSTAR A880G+ AM3 AMD 880G HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard

65.00 with shipping factored hope you like red...

Newegg.com - Computer Hardware,Memory,Desktop Memory,Kingston Technology Corp.,2GB

66.00 total get X2 as it will be 4gb also kingston is indeed good, it's in my system right now and it aint barkin...

So for those 4 parts it's under 450.00 it will be 322.00 if you add a case a new monitor it should rise 580.00 or 590.00 but thats just a close estimate of how much 2 parts will be if your not going for anything 200.00.

For 1 dual core CPU and one 5770? Definitely not. 450 is a better number.
