Default ideal temp for higher-end video card

i just bought a 7900gt and i wanted to know the ideal temps. when i play games like bf2 at max for a while i alt-tab out and check the temp and it's 45*C. Is that ok.

Core 2 Quad @ 2.5ghz (slacr)
3 gigs corsair xms2 ram
8800 gt 512 mb superclocked
Windows Vista

Its real load will be a bit higher than that, as it is downclocked when you go to windows and there is a slightly delay of a few seconds. And yes that temp is fine.
