i7 stock heat sink

Im buying an i7 920 (2.6ghz)


I want to over clock a little, maybe hit 3ghz with it. How far can I go on stock cooling? I will have a pretty cool case, 1 240mm fan, 3 140mm fans, lots of air.

Also, can anyone recommend a good custom cooler if i need one? Im Canadian, and love newegg.ca!

Stock heatsink should get you around 3ghz no problem.
