i7 performance compared to previous quad cores

hmm I was just wondering what kind of 3dmark06 score you have for a q6600 at 3 ghz with an overclocked 8800 gt?

I've never really checked it, but if I get around to it after the working weekend I will. I usually fraps benchmark my favourite games and as long as I get average 60FPS with decent quality settings I am happy. The gpu is an OCd 8800GTS G92 though, and it's kinda begging for an upgrade already with my 24" monitor.
