Default I revised my plan in an attempt to cut cost

What do you think?
GPU:GeForce GTX 560 Ti -$265
MoBo:ASRock Z86 Extrem3 Gen3 -$125
PSU: Antext EarthWatts 650w - $70(used to be enthusiast 750w for $105)
CPU: AMD Athlon ii x4 640 - reused ( used to be i5-2500k for $225 )
reused case

And i dont have a full grasp on cooling so im not sure yet but i got a book on PC components and its really helping i think.

I want to play skyrim, bf3,tf2, maybe some CoD games.. What do you guys think?

BTW I went from $770 to $460 if anyone was curios.

I just got the 2GB model of that card and am more than pleased with it so far. And you can't go wrong with Antec.

The Athlon II x4 640 is a good chip. I would go for a Phenom II if I could, just to have the extra cache as it can make a difference in gaming. But if you already have it then run with it.

Newegg.com - AMD Phenom II X4 960T Zosma 3.0GHz Socket AM3 95W Quad-Core Desktop Processor HD96ZTWFGRBOX
Newegg.com - AMD FX-4100 Zambezi 3.6GHz (3.8GHz Turbo) Socket AM3+ 95W Quad-Core Desktop Processor FD4100WMGUSBX
If you have the athon II X4 640 already i guess you could keep it but these are also good too.

Also that motherboard is only compatible with i3,i5,i7
