Default I need your opinions on 775Dual-VSTA.

Hey guys,
I am going to upgrade my computer soon, and I have found this mobo. It looks like a good affordable solution, as it is very flexible with it's upgrade options, (Such as support for Pentium D's and Core 2 Duo) and I am going to be using a Pentium D, and I am going to upgrade in the future, as I am on a tight budget.

I just need to know, whether anyone has had bad experiences with this board, or good ones. Because I have had one person say it's good, while I have read some bad reviews. (not that I haven't read good ones)
The board is called Asrock 775Dual-VSTA
Here's it's products link: http://www.asrock.com/product/775Dual-VSTA.htm

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6300
Mobo: HP DX7300MT, Intel 965 Chipset.

GPU: Gainward GeForce 7600GT 256MB PCI-E
Drives: 1x160GB SATA2 HD, 1x80GB SATA2 HD, 1xLG DVD-RW
