I need help with upgrading please

My specs are as follows:

Sempron 2800+
MSI Socket A mobo
2gb ddr400
Radeon 9250

A piece of crap i know , but I want to be able to play next gen games such as Crysis and UT2K7 when they come out. I want to build a totally new e6300 rig, but my dad doesn't want me to spend that much money. Will I have to go ahead with the e6300 or is there anything I can do to upgrade my current system?

go with the e6300, 2gb of ram, and like either a r600, g80, xt1950xtx, or a 7950gt.

YOu can go with either of the dx10 cars if you want to get Vista and have DX10 support.

You will have to build a new system from the ground up if you want to play games like Crysis and UT2K7. But their not even out now, so don't build until they are released.

im hoping il be able to hyandle crysis on max about 40 fps is my hope so ya ul need to rebuild

its very expensive to upgrade for games that aren't even out yet.

wait at least until the games are released, then prices will be more affordable too.
