I would not recommend an XP 90 with a q6600 if you're interested in cooling it decently and overclocking. Just saying. :\

And to Sora at the beginning of this thread.

3DMark06 scores do not mean anything, really. In most games, the HD2900XT performs worse than both the 8800gtx and the Ultra, both in single and dual configurations

what an xp-90? i've never heard of it... nor have i recommended it in a build b4...

as for the heatsinks... Ste is right on the money.. those are great... but also add Tuniq Tower 120, maybe the forum should do a Heatsink Guide?

Do you even read what you said? Ste just recommended the XP-90(among other heatsinks.), and you said he was right on the money...

It's a decent heatsink, for it's time. It wont be able to sufficiently handle a significantly overclocked quad's TDP. There are better heatsinks for the money now, anyway.

well if you aren't overclocking or not to an extreme.. its pretty good... and wayy better than the ole' Intel Stock Cooler
