I need the cheapest E6300/2GB/Aero system possible on Newegg.com.

Anyone care to give it a shot? I want an all black case with no windows or lights of any kind, with front USB ports.

I don't need a keyboard/mouse or monitor.

Oh, and include a copy of Vista Business.

Thanks. ;)

Okay well it turns out the budget for this computer is around $1000, so here's what I'm thinking I'm going to get:

DVD+/-RW:

Case/PSU:

HDD:

Video card:

Keyboard/mouse: (I decided to get them anyway, I don't like this keyboard, and my mouse is a bit too inaccurate for this stuff, I know this set works great because I've used it before. :))

Motherboard:

I didn't need two PCI-E slots, and the more PCI the better. I'm not going to be overclocking it, as what I do on this computer is worth hundreds of thousands of dollars and I can't afford to lose anything on it. I have a mirrored 2TB RAID in the back room, but it's a waste of time if I'm working on a drawing and the computer crashes...

Vista... :confused::

CPU + game:

I'll just give the game to whoever wants to pay for shipping. I don't have a PC at home to use it on, and I can't have games on this computer as I might get audited and charged for fraud due to my using this computer as a business tax write-off. Though Vista is a game in and of itself. :p

Any suggestions?

definitely do NOT get that 7600gs. The 7300gt i posted has DDR3 ram. Ive done alot of research into this... for 85$ it beats stock 7600gt's. Oced 7600gt vs oced 7300gt (ddr3 version), very close in performance. Watch out for ddr2 versions of the 7300gt, these arent so good.

Id also just go for a e4300 these days...oc it or not its a great proc. Id also stay away from plastic cases... looks like...crap. Lian Li and silverstone both make some beauty aluminum cases for just over 100.

Some Cases:

I think you meant 7600gs, not gt.

But yeah, whatever you do, don't get a 7600gs. The 7600gt is cheaper on newegg right now, and the 7300gt is even cheaper than that.

I don't care; the 7600GS I am getting is silent. I'm not going to play games, so performance doesn't matter at all.

I want this case, I've had it before and it is excellent. I've also had a Lian Li PC-61 and didn't like it. It's cold and gross, I like the plastic.

Besides, all I care about is that the case is cheap and black.
