use a flat head screwdriver on the other side to push it down. the heatsink should have a little metal thing on the side of the clip which is made for that.

And try pushing it a little outwards first

i just took the mounting thing off and got the clips on and then mounted the whole thing to the mobo lol


well im off to try and build the rest thanks

Well taking the mount bracket off and mounting the HSF on would be a better idea. :happy: I would say, slightly push both sides on and put some pressure on the heat-sink.
