I have 1,300$ but want the best computer for games like sims2

I don't really know on how to research for the best computer at a decent price.
The game requirements are:
os:windows xp,Me,2000,or 98
CPU:800 MHz or faster intel pentium lll or 900 MHz AMD athlon processor
RAM:256 MB or more
Disc Drive: 8x or faster CD/DVD drive
Hard drive:at least 1.0 GB of free space
Videoirect 9.0 compatible video card
Soundirectx 9.0 compatible sound card

So I have 1,300$
But I also have 5 other games needing the same thing and I want all of them on.

Help please

You'll want something much higher than that if you want the game to actually look good and load fast. A 6600GT can max it out, but the game lags like h3ll.

Yes just the sims2 game plus all of its add ons and its about 3 and one more coming soon and I don'nt want it slow

I heard that people who play the sims say there computer runs slow when the put the add ons in because its too much for there computer to handle, on every game box add on or not says the same requirements

And yes a 500$ computer would be perfect
