Well, if you are looking for a video card without a tuner, consider a 7600GT or a 7600GS (depending on PCI-E or AGP).

Also check out http://www.directcanada.com . I haven't ordered from them, but I know someone who has. They got what they ordered super-fast, and they have pretty good prices.
