Default Hows This Look? (Build Suggestions)

Ive been thinking about rebuilding and my slew of current issues with mine is encouraging it. Ive already got a great SLI psu and GSkill memory (4G).

The machine will be used for a little gaming (Flight Sim, Test Drive) amongst other things.

How does this look:

You could get an X38 for that price too..
