Since your case has a window you might want to consider Antec Neo Power 480W, you plug in only the cables you need, its a lot easier to keep everything neat.

With the new video card and Antec PSU, the total comes to $1280.
And should I get a sound card, or is the onboard good?

onboard should be sufficient enough unless you have like 500 dollar speakers
