you can get mobo monitor or speed fan i like mobo monitor my self personally tho...

Uh, yeah.... you clearly need to replace your "system" fan. Probably your main case fan. Running at such a low RPM probably means it's busted. I'd take it out, clean it (either with compressed air or with that circuit cleaner stuff you can buy), maybe put a small amount of WD-40 on the bearings and see if it gets back up to speed. If it doesn't, buy a new fan or two, and see if that solves your feezing problem. Because your box is definitely getting way too hot if those are your temps after a few mins of doing nothing.

Get that System Fan replaced. It must have something to do with the GPU as it is showing the highest temps. Every other temp looks fine to me.
