Default How much RAM for the upgrade?

I have only 512 MB RAM in my system right now, and although that was a lot when I built my computer, it's most definitely showing its age now, and I'm considering an upgrade.
I'm trying to decide between adding only 512 more, giving me 1 gig total for only $40.
Or, I could add another 1 gig giving me 1.5 gig total, for about $85 more.

Is it really worth it to get to 1.5 gigs?
I mostly use my computer for WoW, Half-Life 2, and Office XP, and every now and then process an image in photoshop cs2.
And of course when Morrowind: Oblivion comes out I will be buying it instantly and will play it every waking hour of every day.

Well I know all those games you have dont take up 1 gb. But the new high end games coming out take up over 1gb on full settings. Your comp couldnt run these games on full settings though so I think 1gb would be enough.
