Default how much power does my computer use?

is there a program that measures to see how much power my computer uses?.

thank you very much :] its official. i dont have enough power lmao. my poor computer has been restarting all night because i tried plugging in my second cd rom drive and it didnt work. not enough power. thanks so much man =]

There's also a little wall-socket plugin thing called Kill-a-watt, its pretty neat it tells you how much electricity is going through it and stuff.
