Default how much performance

Hi guys

I brought a new system in parts

My mobo can support DDR2-533, DDR2-667, DDR2-800

Ican only afford DDR2-533 or DDR2-667 at the moment
I will be getting 512mb of 1 of those I was just wondering how much of a difference would their be between them in performance
Generic 512mb DDR2-533 PC4200
Corsair Value Select 512mb PC5300 DDR2 CL5

My new system is

Athlon 64 X2 4200+ DualCore 2.2 2x512kb L2 Boxed Socket AM2
nForce570 ATX PCI-E DualDDR2-800/667/533, 2xGBe LAN, 8ch HD Audio, 6xSATA300, IEEE1394 Firewire
ATI Radeon X300SE 128mb 64bit DDR DVI TV out PCI-E

And hdd and other shyt like that but yeah thanks for your time guys

but i poor ^^

i could of got a

Core2Duo E6300 2mb L2 1.86 1066FSB
