the xclio isn't that great of a psu. Either Corsair, Enermax,Silverstone, Powerpc. Do you plan on overclocking? If so check out x2 5000+ black edition, 1 mb less cache but doesn't really matter. Don't know how good your MB is either. You save 30 bucks from switching cpu's so use it for a better MB.

edit: Looks like they changed the guts on the Xclio's and they are solid and are the same as Antec's truepower. The last models sucked.
